Paid training
One paid week to learn the product, the script, and the mechanics of an in-home presentation. After that you’re paired with a senior rep until you’re ready solo.
W-2 with benefits
Hourly base plus uncapped commission. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO. “Field sales” shouldn’t mean “1099 and good luck.”
Real coaching
