Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Stride Force collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. By using stride-force.com or applying for a position with Stride Force, you agree to the practices described below.

Effective: April 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

(a) Information you give us when you apply. When you submit an application (through our website, the apply modal, or any of our job-posting pages), we collect your name, email address, phone number, the market or territory you’re interested in, optional city and state, and any resume or additional notes you provide.

(b) Information from our communications with you. When we email or text you about your application or interview, we keep a record of that correspondence. If you book an interview through our scheduling tool, we receive the time you selected and any notes you add.

(c) Information collected automatically. When you visit stride-force.com, our hosting and analytics providers log your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and approximate location (derived from IP). We also record first-touch attribution data: the URL that referred you, the first page you landed on, and any UTM parameters in your link. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell this data to third parties.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate your application against open field-sales positions and decide whether to invite you to an interview.
  • Communicate with you about your application, including sending interview invitations, status updates, scheduling links, and next-step instructions.
  • Generate personalized invitation emails using AI services that summarize your background and propose a fit. (See “Service providers” below.)
  • Operate, secure, and improve stride-force.com, including troubleshooting bugs, tuning page performance, and understanding which sources bring qualified candidates.
  • Comply with our legal obligations (for example, equal-employment recordkeeping required by federal and state law).

3. Service providers we share with

We share information only with the third-party providers we use to run our recruiting operation. Each one receives only the data they need for their narrow role, and each is contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and secure.

  • Vercel: hosting and traffic analytics. Sees IP, device, page views; never sees your application form contents.
  • Supabase: our application database and resume file storage. Stores everything you submit on the apply form.
  • Resend: transactional email. Sees your name and email address to deliver our messages to you.
  • Anthropic: AI provider used to parse resumes and draft personalized invitation emails. Sees your resume content and basic application metadata; does not retain it for training.
  • Cal.com: interview scheduling. Sees your name, email, and the time you book.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your information to retarget you with ads on other websites.

4. How long we keep your information

If you accept a position with us, your application data becomes part of your employment record and is retained as required by law.

If your application doesn’t move forward, we retain it for twelve (12) monthsfrom your last contact with us, after which it is deleted from our active systems. Backups may persist for an additional 90 days before they roll off. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we have about you.
  • Correct: ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
  • Delete: ask us to remove your application and all associated data from our systems.
  • Opt out of communications: unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or reply STOP to texts.
  • State-specific rights: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states grant additional rights under their privacy laws. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@stride-force.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Communications & consent

When you submit an application, you authorize us to contact you about employment opportunities by email, phone, and text message at the contact information you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to texts, or unsubscribe from emails. Opting out doesn’t affect our ability to send transactional messages about an active application or interview you scheduled.

7. Cookies & tracking

stride-force.com uses a small number of first-party cookies for analytics and to remember session state. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting libraries, or cross-site trackers. Browser-level Do-Not-Track signals are respected.

8. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard practices: TLS in transit, encryption at rest in our database and file storage, role-based access for our recruiting team, and audit logging on every read or change. No system is perfect; if a breach occurs, we will notify affected applicants as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

stride-force.com is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective” date at the top and post the revised version here. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to active applicants.
