1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing stride-force.com or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to either, you may not use the site or apply.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use stride-force.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of it. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in an application or impersonate another person.
- Attempt to scrape, mirror, or copy material from the site for use elsewhere.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any connected system without our written permission.
- Send automated traffic, spam, or load that interferes with normal operation.
- Bypass measures we use to limit access to certain pages or features (admin, recruiter portal, etc.).
3. Information you submit
When you submit information through the apply form, including your resume, cover note, and contact details, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate and you have the right to share it.
- You’re not bound by any agreement (such as a non-compete or confidentiality obligation) that would prevent you from applying or, if hired, performing the role.
- You grant Stride Force a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you submit for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy and communicating with you about it.
4. No employment guarantee
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or any obligation by Stride Force to interview, hire, or compensate you. Any employment relationship would be governed by a separate written offer and any agreements you sign on hire.
Stride Force is an at-will employer in jurisdictions where at-will employment applies. Nothing on this site creates a promise of continued employment.

You may view and share the public-facing pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
stride-force.com may contain links to third-party websites (LinkedIn, Cal.com, etc.) and integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Stride Force isn’t responsible for anything those third parties do or fail to do.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and any content on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” Stride Force makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the site or the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its content. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stride Force and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of stride-force.com or the submission of an application, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stride Force harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stride Force regarding your use of the site and any application you submit.
