## The role You will work an assigned territory in a real neighborhood, meeting homeowners face to face and helping them replace windows that have been failing for years. No cold-calling from a car, no phone lists. Just doors and conversations. ## What you will earn Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission on every install, so you are earning from day one and not just on your best week. W-2 employment with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. ## What we look for You can hold a conversation, walk a neighborhood, and show up every day.
